Welcome to Dreamz. By accessing our website, mobile application, or purchasing our products and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General

These Terms govern your use of the Dreamz platform and the purchase of any products or services offered by Dreamz. By using our platform, you acknowledge and accept all applicable terms, conditions, and notices set forth herein.

2. Product & Service Information

All products are described as accurately as possible. However, images, descriptions, and specifications are provided for guidance purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.

All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

3. Pricing & Payment

Final prices are confirmed at checkout.
Full payment must be completed prior to order fulfillment.
Dreamz is not responsible for any additional bank charges or foreign currency transaction fees imposed by financial institutions.

4. Formation of Contract

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase under these Terms.
Dreamz may accept the order by issuing a confirmation or by dispatching the product.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or other legitimate reasons.

5. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Risk and responsibility transfer to the customer once the products are handed over to the selected shipping carrier.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Dreamz platform, including text, images, logos, branding, and designs, is the property of Dreamz and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the platform, provide false information, or infringe upon the rights of others.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dreamz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

10. Amendments

Dreamz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

مرحبًا بكم في دريمز. باستخدامكم لموقعنا الإلكتروني أو تطبيقنا أو بشرائكم أي من منتجاتنا أو خدماتنا، فإنكم توافقون على الالتزام بالشروط والأحكام التالية.

1. أحكام عامة

تنظم هذه الشروط استخدامكم لمنصة دريمز وشراء المنتجات أو الخدمات المتاحة من خلالها. ويُعد استخدامكم للمنصة موافقة صريحة على جميع الشروط الواردة فيها.

2. المنتجات والخدمات

نحرص على عرض أوصاف دقيقة للمنتجات، إلا أن الصور المعروضة هي لأغراض توضيحية وقد تختلف قليلًا عن المنتج الفعلي.

جميع الأسعار بالريال السعودي (SAR) وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

3. الأسعار والدفع

يتم تأكيد السعر النهائي عند إتمام عملية الشراء.
يجب إتمام الدفع بالكامل قبل شحن الطلب.
لا تتحمل دريمز أي رسوم إضافية تفرضها البنوك أو مزودو خدمات الدفع.

4. إبرام العقد

يُعد تقديم الطلب عرضًا للشراء وفق هذه الشروط.
يتم قبول الطلب عند تأكيده أو شحن المنتج.
تحتفظ دريمز بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب لأسباب مشروعة مثل أخطاء التسعير أو نفاد المخزون.

5. الشحن والتوصيل

مواعيد التوصيل تقديرية وغير مضمونة.
تنتقل مسؤولية المنتج إلى العميل عند تسليمه لشركة الشحن.

6. الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات المعروضة في المنصة من نصوص وصور وشعارات وتصاميم مملوكة لدريمز، ولا يجوز استخدامها دون إذن خطي مسبق.

7. إساءة الاستخدام

يُمنع استخدام الموقع لأي أغراض غير مشروعة أو مخالفة للأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة.

8. تحديد المسؤولية

لا تتحمل دريمز أي مسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة الناتجة عن استخدام المنتجات أو الخدمات وذلك في حدود ما يسمح به النظام.

9. النظام المطبق

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لأنظمة وقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية.

10. التعديلات

يحق لدريمز تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت، ويُعد استمرار استخدام المنصة موافقة على التعديلات.
