Returns and Refunds
We only accept returns/refunds for orders that are defective within 48 hours of receipt of your order. If 48 hours have passed since receipt of your order, we will not be able to offer a return/refund.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your order must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete a refund/return, you need to email us at [email protected] to request a refund/return along with proof of purchase. We strive to ensure timely and accurate delivery of your order. However, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries or lost packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
